Ce qu'on nous demande avant de signer

Le plan gratuit est-il limité dans le temps ?
Non. Free reste gratuit sans limite de durée, avec le produit complet. La seule limite est le nombre de sièges : trois agents.
Que se passe-t-il quand j'invite un quatrième agent ?
Le passage en Team se fait en trois clics, au prorata, sans appel commercial. Le prix est public et non négociable.
Le prix peut-il augmenter ?
Le prix d'un agent n'augmente jamais pour un client existant : c'est un engagement écrit. Le tarif de dépassement de l'IA est lui aussi publié, à 0,15 € par résolution.
L'IA est-elle facturée à l'usage ?
L'IA côté agent est incluse dans le siège, sans compteur. L'IA côté client reste sous quota mensuel ; une fois le quota atteint, la déflexion se désactive au lieu de facturer silencieusement.
Puis-je passer du cloud à l'auto-hébergement ?
Oui. L'export contient le dump SQL et les fichiers, prêts à être remontés sur votre instance.
Facturez-vous les contacts ou les tickets ?
Non. Ni les contacts, ni les tickets, ni les articles, ni les appels API dans la limite de débit.
